Strawberries Mousse (low calories) VERY EASY!!

Hi guys!!!

Today I give you a delicious Strawberry Mousse with almost no calories and sugar.

Believe me!! I know and I'm very exigent when it comes to desserts hehe.

though I make a few changes with it.

Ingredients:

2 cups of strawberries cut in half

1 / 4 of Splenda or a low calories sweetener.

2 cups of light yogurt

210 grams of grenetine (gelatin) without flavor.

1 / 2 cup cold water

Steps:

1. Moisturize the gelatin with cool water for 10 minutes.
2. Heat it in the microwave for 40 seconds.
3. Place all ingredients in blender
4. Serve in small cups and let cool in the fridge (refrigerator) for 10 minutes.
5. Garnish with strawberry on top of each cup.
6. Put them in the refrigerator for one hour
7. Serve.

Hey guys!!!

Well here's a video of P!nk with one of her first hits.

The album it's called Can't take me home and it was her first album launched in 2000.

I love P!nk, she sings very well and she ALWAYS does it live. She has never used playback and that tells us a lot about her.

She really is a good singer and her songs are extremely honest, that's why I love her music.

Also the coreography of this song is very good and fun, I like it a lot.

Well I find a really good video of a coreography of a 90's song from Janet Jackson. It's from a guy that is an awesome dance, i love his energy when he's dancing, i would love to dance like that.

Add videos of YouTube on you're Blog and a visits counter

In this blog I'll put a lot of videos from Youtube and if you want to know how do I do it, here's the explanation.

First you create you're enty as you usualy do.
Then you open the video of Youtube that you want to add.
Click on Embed and a new windows is shown:

There you can customize the front of your video and you copy the code that appears at the "Embed" leyend.
After that you go to the "HTML edition" button on you're Blog and you paste the code there.
Finally you click on "publish entry"
and it's ready, a video from Youtube on your Blog.

Here's the one I chose for the example.

It's called "Can I Have Your Number?" and it's another MAD TV video about an afroamerican that want's something from a girl, but he's really insistent and a little creepy so....

Now I'll show you how to put a visits counter in you're Blog.

First you have to find a page that offers this service for free. They are pretty easy to find.

After that, you follow all the steps that the page says and they will give you a HTML code,

You go to the design part of your Blog and click on the "Add gadget" button.

Select the HTML/Java script button and then you put the title of you're counter and paste the code.

And you finished!!!

You have a new counter for you're Blog

Just another weekend

Well here I am again, hehe

Well I wanted to show you a really funny video, well in fact there are more than one but here I give you the first one of the series.
I found them a long time ago and seen them a million times and still, I keep laughing everytime I look at those videos.

Well they are in spanish but have english subtitles, please give them a chance. ;)

It's a cartoon called "Just another weekend" created by a group of friends that are telling their funny stories. It's really good and I hope you can say the same thing.

Please, do NOT buy it because this causes that people can comercialize with the lives of innocent animals.

What would you feel if you were separated from your mother with just a few weeks or even days of being alive and put in a cold pet shop as if you were the new season's outfit?
Well, this is what happens all the time around the world and the only way to end this is by stopping buying pets as if they were toys.

But, what can I do if I wan a pet?
You can go to an animal shelter. There you can find a lot of pets that need your help and love giving them a second chance to live happily.

ADVANTAGES of ADOPTING:

• This pets are the most FAITHFUL animals you can ever find and that's because they've been through a lot of horrible experiences and are so grateful with his/her new owner that they're going to watch for him/her with a lot of caring love.


• You save a dog or a cat that was abused and give him/her a new opportunity to be loved.


• Most of them are sterilized so there's no problem if you already have another pet at home.


• They get along very well with other pets that you already have.


• You don't pay a cent for a dog that can be of a good breed or maybe not from a good bread but instead you can find a very loving and loyal friend.


• They have no diseases


• They are so CUTE!!!!

If you want to help but you already have a pet at home or you're not allowed to have one, you can always:
Help other shelters by donating food, medicines, cleaning tools, etc. or visiting it as a volunteer and have a good time with them giving them a little bit of LOVE.

What's sterilization and why is it SO important?
Sterilization is a process in which all the reproductive organs are removed from you're pet so that they can't have any babies. This is really important because it is estimated that there is one stay dog for every 7 people in the world and this animals live in the worst conditions posible, being mistreated, run over, humillated and living with hunger, thirst and sadness.

Did you know that for every 10 puppies or kitties that born, just 2 will find a permanent house where they will find the necesary care?

This is why is so important to help as much as our posibilities can because...
